Interesting Trends in The Weston Real Estate Market.

I'm often asked, "How's the market?" It's different in every town. The following trends are for Single Family homes in Weston and data is from MLS:

Market Take-Away:

• Less inventory that in 2022 - housing is in high demand
• Days on Market has increased - Buyers are being cautious with economic uncertainty.
• With barely 3 months' supply of inventory compared to 4 months in 2022, prices remain strong.

Currently low housing inventory is today's advantage for sellers.

Hot & Spicy Cashew Recipe

You simply can't stop eating them!

Ingredients:

• Whole unsalted cashews
• Olive Oil
• Seasoning Mix (paprika, kosher salt, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, sugar)
• Honey

Directions:

• Heat oven to 375 degrees
• In mixing bowl, add cashews, and lightly coat with olive oil.
• Add seasonings to taste, but I recommend liberally coating.
• Drizzle with honey.
• Bake for 10-15 minutes and toss.
• Return to oven for another 10-15 minutes.
• When bronzed in color and fragrant, remove from oven and cool completely.

The cashews may be stored in a sealed container for a week...but, they will be gobbled up well before that!
